Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Queen

Lacey Bainbridge

Lacey Bainbridge is proud to serve as the 2026 Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Queen and is honored to represent her hometown of Valley Center. At 21 years old, she has already built a strong foundation in the rodeo queen industry, beginning her journey at just nine years old when she first discovered her passion for representing the western lifestyle and connecting with her community. Before entering the rodeo queen arena, Lacey spent her early years in endurance riding, developing the horsemanship skills she carries with her today.

 

Her journey has come full circle, as she was crowned the 2014 Valley Center Stampede Young Miss, along with earning several additional titles throughout her pageant career. These experiences have shaped her into a confident leader, strengthening her skills in public speaking, leadership, and community involvement.

 

Lacey proudly promotes her platform, “The Buck Starts Here,” which focuses on taking initiative, building responsibility, and inspiring others to lead with confidence both in and out of the arena.

 

She is a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in education and is passionate about using her knowledge to make a positive impact on others. Lacey is dedicated to promoting western heritage while encouraging the next generation to get involved in agriculture, rodeo, and leadership opportunities.

 

Whether she is representing the Valley Center Stampede at local events, supporting community fundraisers, or serving as a role model for young girls, Lacey strives to lead with authenticity, professionalism, and heart.

Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Junior Queen

Vivian Gragen

Vivian Gragen is a 15-year-old cowgirl from Valley Center, California who is A sophomore at Valley Center High School, she has spent over eight years developing her horsemanship skills in the arena alongside her trusted horse, Snowflake. She is also a dedicated dancer of more than ten years, using the balance, discipline, and determination she has gained to strengthen her performance both in and out of the arena.


Vivian stays actively involved in FFA, 4-H, and the Valley Center Vaqueros equestrian club, where she continues to grow as a leader and ambassador for the Western way of life. She hopes to one day attend the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and become an equine veterinarian, dedicating her future to the health and well-being of the animals she loves.

She is honored to be a representative for Valley Center and rides not just to win, but to make a difference.

Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Young Miss

Lilly Webb

Lilly Webb is a 12-year-old from Valley Center, California, and the proud 2026 Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Young Miss. As one of six children, she enjoys a life full of adventure, laughter, and time spent with her horses and pony. Lilly also loves creating art, camping, and caring for her leopard gecko, Juicy.

 

She is homeschooled through Christian Family Schools and is actively involved in her church and community. Lilly volunteers in the preschool and nursery, serves on the youth group leadership team, and supports therapeutic riding programs through Horse Connections. She also participates in Vaqueros Young Riders and a local 4-H equine group.

 

Lilly is honored to represent her community with kindness, sportsmanship, and pride. She hopes to continue growing as a horsewoman alongside her horse, River, and dreams of becoming a nurse one day.

 

Lilly is grateful for the love and support of her family, friends, and community as she serves as the 2026 Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Young Miss.

Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Little Miss

Avalon Holtz

Avalon “Avie” Holtz, age 7, is proud to represent her hometown of Valley Center as the Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Little Miss.

 

Avalon has been riding her horse, Missy, since before she could walk and feels most at home in the saddle. Together, Avie and Missy have already accomplished exciting milestones, growing in confidence and skill with every ride. Avalon is the youngest member of the Young Riders drill team with the Vaqueros and actively participates in gymkhanas, rail shows, and parades throughout her community. This year she is excited to ride in Jr. Barrels at the Valley Center Stampede Rodeo. 

 

Beyond the arena, Avalon is a creative and driven student who excels in school. She has a strong math mind and enjoys problem-solving, along with expressing her creativity through art and crafting. She also loves making YouTube videos where she shares her passion for horses and the western lifestyle.

 

As Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Little Miss, Avalon hopes to inspire others to lead with kindness, encourage one another, and show that being a true cowgirl isn’t just about how you ride, it’s about how you treat others. She proudly represents the spirit of cowgirl kindness and is excited for the opportunity to represent her hometown rodeo as Valley Center Stampede Rodeo Little Miss.
